Are you often feeling stressed? Not having enough leisure, lacking time for yourself, space in your schedule? I can show you how to counterbalance this tendency. You need to consciously choose to spend time with activities that literally ‘fill and light you up’. One quick fix that works for me is to blow bubbles. Let me show how to add fun and joy to your life.

What are the activities that energize you completely and make you forget time because you get into the flow?

A session with a client this week reminded me that not everyone knows the answer to this question without hesitating.

That’s why I would like to offer you this simple tool to boost your happiness in everyday life.

Are you in love with your life?

Are you working in your dream job, but still something is missing? Are you having an impact with your work and support others, but don’t know how to express your creative side?

A brilliant life is crafted step by step. You can fall in love with your life again if you know the answer to these two questions:

  1. What gives you joy?
  2. What makes you be part of something and gives you meaning?

And then all you have to do is to find ways to integrate it and live it out loud.

I’m in love with my life.

In 2015 I took a big decision: to go for my dream.

I started to build an online business as a heart-centred coach and mentor for highly sensitive women and gifted adults worldwide.

I stopped just reading book reviews and started to write them instead. I started sharing openly how I overcame big obstacles in my life and showing up ‘out there’.

This doesn’t mean that life is always easy or I’m always in a great mood and handling every situation with ease and bravo. But I have learned to master the inner game. And I know exactly what gives me meaning and joy – now I teach and mentor others to do the same.

What gives you joy?

The frequency of positive emotions has more impact on your happiness than the intensity. Therefore, the trick is to find out how you can create many moments of positive emotions in your everyday life!

You lead your best life by experiencing activities that create positive emotions, get you into the flow and give your life meaning – see also my article about the Authentic Happiness‘ Formula.

If you master the skills of being happy here and now, you work on the fundament of a life which has meaning and is sweet.

Doing things that make your heart sing is not only beneficial for yourself. It also serves all the people around you and eventually empowers you to contribute and make the world a better place.

Find out how you can create many moments of positive emotions by doing things you love in your everyday life!

Great post! We should all look out for those little things that give us joy! I’m just contemplating buying some snazzy roller boots to go skating whilst my son is on his bike! JOY!
